Call center

Included in the Call center is multiple product categories/ subscription types (Mobile, Fixed, Internet, VoIP, etc.) Multiple subscription types per iTMS customer account. A standard set of customer and subscription data fields. Multiple customer types (Private, Business, Sole trader, etc. The Call center module includes a set of standard menu items and links listed below, providing the facility to view and manage user settings, customers and orders. Customer signup, subscriber activation, and customer management by the client. Customisations to forms, data fields and associated system behaviour by Enhance Systems.

Change password

Standard function for users to change iTMS password.

Customer search

Standard customer search on Customer Id, Customer Name, Phone number, and customer status.

Order search

Standard order search on Order Id, Customer Id, Phone number, Customer Name, and Order date range.

Latest customer

Standard quick link to last viewed customer.

Customer account - customer details

Standard customer details view with Customer Id, Name, Address, Contact info, Social security/ Registration number. Standard Customer and address edit of all Customer data. Dashboard with quick links to Customers newest orders, letters, Ticket functionality, and invoices.

Customer account - orders

Standard view of customer’s orders with Order Id, Order status, Order Date, Order Type, Order Phone number. Standard view of order details from flow log with Order products, Status Id, Processed by, Time in queue and Action view.

Customer account - letters

Standard view of all customer correspondence triggered by system flows with Letter Id, Subscription number, Letter title, Desk Id, Desk name, Created date Printed date and Letter type. Letters can be viewed, downloaded and printed in PDF format.

Customer account - file upload

Standard function to upload documents to customer account. Standard view of uploaded documents with the File name, upload date and option to open or save the document

Customer account - ticket functionality

Standard function to create Ticket functionality associated with problem groups, categories, and types, assign to pre-defined escalation groups and notifications to subscribed users and/or customer.

Customer account - consumption

Standard view of consumption (CDR’s) grouped by un-billed and billed consumption, with subscription number, date, time, cost, B number, consumption type, and destination. Standard function to export consumption search criteria from view to MS Excel.

Customer account - discount

Standard view and add discounts associated with customers' subscriptions.

Customer account - account balance

Standard view of customers account transactions with subscription number, posting date, product/transaction description, amount and invoice reference. Total customer balance with standard function to group by payer ID.

Customer account - account adjustments

Standard function to apply account adjustments (ad-hoc credits and debits) to customer subscriptions. Standard safety function requiring the approval of account adjustments through separate menu for authorised users.

Customer account - invoices

Standard view of issued invoices with invoice Id, invoice date, invoice amount, amount due and payment date. Invoices can be viewed, downloaded and printed in PDF format.

Customer account - subscription

Standard view of customer subscription details with subscription number, start date, end date, commitment end date, main product, consumption/prepaid balance and manage subscription addresses. For Mobile, the standard view includes SIM details such as SIM type, ICC, IMSI, PIN1/2, PUK1/2, and subscription type Standard view of subscription products with product Id, product name, product type, price, start date, end date, billed up to date, discount, order Id and status (active, awaiting final billing, closed.) Standard view of Bundle status with associated product, start/ renewal date, initial bundle content and current bundle content, split by SMS, MMS, Data, Voice and Amount.

Customer account - subscription handling

Function to manage subscriptions on customer account as set up by Enhance Systems, supporting the implemented services.

Customer account - addresses

Standard function to add additional addresses to customers and associate these to subscriptions as either shipping and/or payer address.

Back office

The Back office module includes a set of standard menu items listed below, providing the facility to view and manage Ticket functionality, letters, and reports. Tickets, print letter, and reporting managed by the client. Customisations to queues, view fields and associated system behaviour by Enhance Systems.

Ticket queues

Standard view(s) of Ticket functionality assigned to pre-defined escalation groups.

Letter queue

Standard view to download and print customer correspondence to be handled manually that have been triggered by system flows.

Reports

Standard integrated MS Reporting Server function to view and download pre-defined reports.

Billing

The Billing module includes a set of standard menu items listed below, providing the facility to view and manage billing groups and billing cycles. Billing management by the client or as managed service by Enhance Systems. Customisations to view fields, parameters, billing criteria and output content by Enhance Systems.

Invoice group

Standard function to create and configure billing groups with fixed input parameters and assign these to customers.

Invoicing

Standard function to create billing cycles with billing group, recurrence interval, billing strategy, recurrence type, billing run date, CDR split date, recurring charge end date, Invoice template, and payment date. Standard function to run test billing based on actual production data. Standard function to run production billing.

Product

The Product module includes a set of standard menu items listed below, providing the facility to configure a comprehensive product catalogue. Configuration by the client or as managed service by Enhance Systems. Customisations to product parameters and associated billing behaviour by Enhance Systems.

Product management

Standard function to create new products with associated provisioning parameters, bundle parameters, and billing behaviour.

Product package

Standard function to assemble product packages.

Product price

Standard function to create new or clone price plans and manage product prices.

Wholesale

Standard function to create new Wholesales and assign price plans.

Account source

Standard function to create new account sources to be associated with products or rates for invoice grouping.

Discount group

Standard function to create new Discount Groups.

Standard function to define rules to how products can co-exist for active subscriptions.

Rating

The Rating module includes a set of standard menu items listed below, providing the facility to configure a comprehensive set of rates for CDR’s. Configuration by the client or as managed service by Enhance Systems. Customisations to parameters and associated rating and billing behaviour by Enhance Systems.

Week plans

Standard function to configure peak and off-peak week plans for rates.

Increments

Standard function to configure rating increments.

Destinations

Standard function to configure rate destinations.

Service types

Standard function to configure service types used in rating.

Service type parameters

Standard function to configure service type parameters used to match service types with parameter values provided by network operators in CDR files.

Price lists

Translate text

Standard function to translate iTMS GUI labels to all desired languages for the iTMS partition. User language is selected in User Administration.

Standard function to configure SIM card types used in SIM allocation for Mobile orders.

Standard function to configure product attributes used to provide another level of product behaviour parameters.

Letter

The Letter module includes a set of standard menu items listed below, providing the facility to configure and maintain letter templates that are generated by the iTMS system’s business flows and processes. Configuration by the client or as managed service by Enhance Systems. Customisations to parameters and associated processes by Enhance Systems.

Text management

Standard function to configure letter templates with text content for emails, letters, SMS, invoices, etc.

Desk letter connection

Standard function to associate configured letter templates to order desks. Within product management, it is also possible to override the desk letter connection with specific letter templates associated with main products.
